Gentle Yoga
As its name implies, Gentle Yoga I is a gentle practice, perfect for those just starting to practice yoga, for seniors or individuals healing from an injury, as well as providing a recovery day for the advanced practitioner. This gentle workout encompasses a full range of movements throughout the spine, hips and shoulders. Focusing on breathing (pranayama) and relaxation while utilizing yoga props, increases flexibility, mobility, balance and strength in your whole body. All levels are welcome.
