Felicia Elkins

Felicia Headshot -1658Felicia began her yoga journey through a restorative class in Port Saint Joe, FL. She fell in love with the strength and balance that yoga brought to her life and the transformation through learning to trust her body. After moving to Southport, NC, she found a home at Ageless Yoga studying with Ronnie and Beverly. She recently completed her 200 RYT at Longwave Yoga in Wilmington.

“I am excited to share yoga to offer ways for students to improve their mind-body connection, health, and overall quality of life.”

Gretchen Stephens

Gretchen came to yoga for physical and emotional healing after a 25-year, high-stress career as a university administrator. She at first was skeptical that this yoga path had any value for her, thinking that yoga was only for the young and nimble. Not only did she discover that perception to be false, but also found so much joy and peace in the yoga practice that she wanted to share the benefits with others. She completed her 200-hour teacher training certification at Inhale Yoga Studio in Ohio in 2014 and is currently enrolled at the Wilmington Yoga Center on the path to the completion of the 500-hour teaching certification.
